Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy By enrolling in our courses, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a smooth learning experience and professional service for all students. 2. Payment Policy All payments must be made in advance. Classes will commence only once the full payment has been received and cleared in our bank account. For recurring monthly packages, payments must be made before the start of each new cycle to continue lessons without interruption. 3. Refund Policy Refunds will be subject to a 10% deduction to cover administrative costs and bank fees. Package deals may only be refunded if cancellation notice is given at least 48 hours before the first scheduled class. Once the first class has been taken, no refunds will be issued. 4. Rescheduling & Missed Classes For recurring monthly packages, missed classes cannot be carried over to the next month. Students may reschedule missed classes within the same month; otherwise, the lesson will be forfeited. It is the responsibility of the student to attend on time for every class to ensure steady progress. 5. Free Introduction Call & Trial Lesson A free 30-minute trial lesson is available to new students as part of an introductory call. This session allows students to experience the course structure and determine if it aligns with their needs. 6. Booking & Scheduling Students must book their lessons in advance using the provided booking system. For monthly package deals, lessons should be scheduled within the current billing cycle. Failure to attend scheduled lessons without prior notice may result in the lesson being forfeited. 7. Communication & Support All communication regarding scheduling, payments, and lesson changes must be made via the official contact channels. Support is available to assist students with any inquiries related to their courses. 8. Amendments to This Policy These terms and conditions may be updated periodically. Students will be notified of any changes in advance. By proceeding with your enrollment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
